A room design that has a complex spatial and stylistic organization, rich in architectural and decorative details (sculptural elements, small-form architecture, stucco, decor, etc.), requiring individual study, selection of furniture, textiles, exclusive materials.
EXTERIOR
ECONOMY option -
Design of the new 1/2uh-storey structure of simple shapes with a typical roof structure (as a rule, a single-gable roof), block structuraln (usually aerated concrete);
S building up to 60sq.m
OPTIMAL option -
1 - Design of the new 1/2-storey building with block construction of walls (as a rule, aerated concrete, ceramic and foam blocks);
S building from 60sq.m.
2 - Design of the new 1/2-storey building made of glued or profiled timber;
S building up to 60sq.m
EXCLUSIVE option -
1 - The design of a new building, which has a complex spatial and stylistic organization, rich in architectural and decorative details (sculptural elements, stucco, decor, etc.), requiring individual study;
S building from 100sq.m
2 - Design of the new 1/2-storey building made of glued or profiled timber;
S building from 60sq.m
3 - Reconstruction of the existing structure.
