DESIGNER SERGEI SPIRIN

This project presents the landscaping of a suburban area

with the construction of residential and commercial facilities,

where S of the main buildings \u003d 275 sq.m., and S of the territory of the personal plot \u003d 350 sq.m.

The object was planned for a site with a difficult terrain,

but with a beautiful view of the river and the adjacent lowland.

The main part of the facade oriented towards the future.

In front of the house - a landscaped multi-level area with walking paths.

A covered terrace adjoins the house (with a dining room and BBQ areas), which acts as a link between the house and the bath complex.

From the side of the main entrance to the site there is a building

with an exploited roof and a technical room inside.

The roof is for sunbathing, the room is for garden equipment (in the original version it was like a hangar for a boat).

The building itself is connected by the entrance group of the site fencing

with garage for 2 cars. The courtyard area adjacent to the garage (under the pergolas) also serves as an additional parking space...

The purpose of the development of this object (house + land) is like a country summer residence. However, when arranging a boiler room

(in the area of the west exit hall) the project can be implemented as a plot with a house for year-round use.
