This project presents a country, fashionable 2-storey house, building S = 665 sq.m.

The house has an elongated shape. All main and utility rooms are located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are only two bedrooms with bathrooms and a utility room. The division into "guest" and "private" part runs along the dining / living room. The stained-glass windows of the living room lead to the veranda located in the courtyard. There is also a private exit to the veranda. In the far part of the house are located: a sauna with a relaxation room, a hammam, a pool room. From here you can also get into the summer kitchen with a BBQ (although the "summer" it is conditional, because there is heating in the winter) ... The summer kitchen and the pool room have a common covered terrace ...

The garage for 2 cars is combined with the house (through the security room), has access to the lobby of the main entrance and its own exit to the patio...

The house is based on a shallow monolithic slab.

External walls made of aerated concrete (t=400mm).
