This project presents a residential one-story house,

S = 300.5 sq.m., with adjoining garage for 2 cars, S = 66.6 sq.m.

A special feature of this project is a spacious dining / living room (S=80.8 sq.m; ceiling height 3.6m) with a fireplace and a bay window.

Through the large openings of stained glass windows, you can clearly see the ennobled part of the garden with a small patio...

The dining/living room together with the spacious main entrance vestibule and dressing room (S=10.8 sq.m) represent the "guest" area.

The "private" part of the house can be accessed along the corridor, into which the doors of two children's rooms, a bedroom, and a laundry room open.

Also from the corridor, through the small hall, you can get into the garage...

The foundation of the house is columnar.

The material of the bearing walls of the house is aerated concrete (t=400mm).

It is planned to insulate the facade with mineral slabs, followed by finishing with silicone-based plaster.

This project corresponds to the project D0042 (Health complex with a swimming pool), both in style and in the conceptual plan of development and improvement of the adjacent territory...
