This project presents a 2-storey house with a bay window, made of aerated concrete (Ytong, "Cottage", etc.).

The project was carried out under the existing foundation

(there is a basement where the boiler room was planned).

Alternatively, the project can be implemented on a strip foundation or on a shallow monolithic slab.

The house is interesting with a "typical" but functional layout.

Suitable for both seasonal (country) and year-round living for families with different quantitative composition.

The bay window on the 1st floor serves as a winter garden, on the second floor it is a common loggia for two bedrooms

Note: Protrusions at the corners of the building can be ignored. These are additional (decorative) fragments of gas blocks, planted on glue and anchors.
