This project presents a health-improving complex made of profiled timber (68 * mm), S building = 229.5 sq.m.
On the outer walls, the facade was insulated with a min. plate (150mm), with decorative sheathing with a blockhouse.
The complex is 2-storey, with a large covered veranda, S=50.8 sq.m.
On the ground floor - a dining room / living room (with a fireplace *), a kitchen with a bar area, a swimming pool room, a steam room with a wood-burning fireplace (11.5 sq.m), a relaxation room, locker rooms, WC, other utility and technical rooms ...
On the 2nd floor - two bedrooms with bathrooms.
Outside, next to the veranda, there is a barbecue area.
The veranda is oriented to the picturesque part of the garden (or the perspective of the view) and is designed for a long, comfortable pastime at the table or in the soft zone of a group of vacationers up to 15 people...
