This project presents the reconstruction of a one-room apartment of a standard layout, S = 42.5 sq.m.

This option may be of interest to young people,

just starting out on their own

(students, young professionals, creative individuals) ...

If you were lucky enough to acquire even a small, but your own living space and you want to use the square meters due to you as functionally as possible,

then this redevelopment will be as impossible as it should be.

In the version below we see a studio apartment

with different functional areas.

The kitchen area through the dining area is combined with the living area. Thus, with a common open and large space, a clear functional zoning has been preserved.

The linear arrangement of the kitchen set is ergonomic and does not dominate the overall space of the room, as a result of which the room does not turn into a "big kitchen"...

At the large table you can comfortably receive guests and

study lectures with no less comfort. 

The living area, separated by a low functional partition, seems to be a great place to relax.

Separately, I would like to note the sleeping area, awarded by compartment doors. In the "night version", with the doors open, the sleeping area together with the living room form a single space, through the window of which natural light is provided

(if needed) and fresh air...

In the "day version" - the sleeping area is fenced off with sliding doors, thereby hiding the "private" part of the room

from "publicly accessible" (guest).

It should also be noted a large dressing room, with an entrance from the sleeping area. Even if there are a large number of guests in the apartment, the host can easily change clothes, clean up, etc. without occupying, for example, a bathroom

(typical case for 1-room apartments).

Another advantage of this layout is the increased area of the hallway, where a hanger for outerwear, a large mirror and a capacious built-in wardrobe are concisely placed...
